G3’s general business concept is to construct/develop and sell residential, commercial and mix-used development within the core cities of Myanmar. Our business domains are Building Facilities Systems, Energy System, Environmental Systems, Industrial Systems and Social Infrastructure Systems.
Through these areas, we aim to provide the much needed social infrastructure for business and society at large. Over the years we have served a wide range of clients including those in residential development, warehouse, retail, commercial building sectors.
We will continue to expand our capabilities and resources to meet the challenges of more sophisticated infrastructure needs in the years ahead. In today’s procurement chain, Design & Build (D&B) route is often specified to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the project cycle time by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
We understand the significance of the single point responsibility in the D&B Contractor in serving these contracts and we are able to service Owners who are inclined to go for the D&B route by working closely with the project team to specify meaningful requirements in calling T enders of such nature.
To the Contractors, our ability to relate to respective construction methodologies and associating a valued added design with costing makes us the preferred choice of D&B Tenderers. We understand the need for staffing the right personnel to deliver these projects that are usually of a fast track construction.

OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Phyo Paing, Managing Director (Registered Asian Engineer)
Phyo Paing is our Head of Engineering Division and Executive Director of G3 Group Ltd. He holds an Honours Degree in Engineering and a Certify Green Mark Manager from Building & Construction Authority
(Singapore). And also Registered Asian Engineer from Asian Engineer Board. Phyo Paing has more than 7
years of experience in the construction industry, he oversees the operation for the development group.
Thu Ya Win Tin, Executive Director (Registered Professional Engineer, Singapore & Myanmar)
Ko Thu Ya is our Technical Adviser of G3 Group Ltd. He holds an Master Degree in Engineering (National
University of Singapore) and Registered Professional Engineer from Professional Engineers Board, Singapore (PE Registration No:4476) and Myanmar as well. Ko Thu Ya has more than 15 years of experience in
the construction industry. He has been involved in a board range of private and public sector projects in
UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam including residential, service apartment, office and
commercial projects.
Htay Aung, Executive Director (Registered Professional Engineer, Myanmar)
U Htay Aung is our Executive Director of G3 Group Ltd. He holds an Master Degree in Engineering and prior to joining the Company, U Htay Aung was a manager of Myanma Railways and also Engineer of YCDC.
U Htay Aung has more than 13 years of experience in the oversea construction industry. He has been involved in a board range of private and public sector projects in Myanmar and Singapore including residential, service apartment, office and commercial projects. Recently, he achieved status of Professional Engineer for Building Services (Mechanical) PE 0211 and registered for National Counterpart and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer.
Myat Thurein, Executive Director (Registered Asian Engineer, Registered FSM)
Myat Thurein is our Executive Director of G3 Group Ltd. He holds an Honours Degree in Engineering and
Silver Award Winner of Certified Specialist Diploma in M&E Co-ordination awarded by Building & Construction Authority (Singapore). And also Registered Asian Engineer from Asian Engineer Board and certified
Fire Safety Manager awarded by FSRD Myanmar. He has more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees and manages Design and Build Construction Projects in Residential and Com-
